Phenix Group was founded in 1994, its customers include regional and national airline and cargo carriers. The acquisition of Phenix is a step in Abso’s commitment to continued development of its vertical markets.

The acquisition provides for operational and cost efficiencies by applying Abso’s proprietary web based technology to the Phenix products. Current Phenix Group customers will benefit from the expanded resources and operational scale made possible by Abso's automated services. Phenix Group services will continue uninterrupted.
