Intelligent Search 
Search through candidates' resumes using an Artificial Intelligence (AI) search engine. Find best-fit candidates in your pool of resumes based on skills, job history, or job description. Find Intelligent Search under the Candidate or Requisition tabs.

Customizable Workflow Process
Customize workflow according to your hiring processes and implement "action-driven" statuses through a select set of "next-step" actions. Contact your account manager to implement your workflow process.

New Reports
Access four new standard reports under the Reports tab:
1. New Hire Report: reports new hires within a selected time frame.
2. Time-to-hire/Time-to-fill Report: reports actual time to hire and fill a position within a selected time frame.
3. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Report: reports employees' data captured during the application process, grouped by gender and ethnic background. Available in both summary and detailed format.
4. Affirmative Action Report: reports history of all candidates' race, gender, veteran status, and disabled status for each step of the hiring process.

Ad-hoc Reporting Tool
Create ad-hoc custom reports which can be run anytime to receive real-time data. Find ad-hoc reporting under the Reports tab.

Report Export Options
Export reports to PDF or Excel, as necessary. Find the export option under the Reports tab.

Manage and distribute new employee forms online, such as W-4, direct deposit, and Form I-9.
